Yellow Irises, Oil on canvas 18" x 24" Along with sunflowers, irises are another of my favorite flowers. Their delicate petals and fuzzy interior make them a great subject in both oils and watercolor. I must have a collection of hundreds of photos I have taken of irises of every color in the rainbow and shot at a variety of angles.
